Caleb King, the Georgia redshirt junior running back, was jailed early Monday for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. He was being held for authorities in neighboring Walton County.According to police, King was stopped on June 20 and ticketed for going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. When King failed to show up for an Aug. 6 court date, a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
According to Georgia AD Claude Felton, UGA coach Mark Richt "is aware of the situation and is continuing to gather information."
King is the 11th Bulldog arrested since March.
