Gabrielle Giffords' Shooting May Cause Arizona-Stanford Basketball Postponement

The shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and 11 others at a Tuscon, Ariz., gorcery store may cause Saturday's Arizona-Stanford game to be postponed.

Arizona officials said in an e-mail that an announcement on the status of the game would come at 5PM Eastern Time.

The Wildcats were originally scheduled to host the Carindal at the McKale Center at 6:30 ET.
