In a season that has seen plenty of upsets (on a typical day, usually one-third of the top-50 games have been won by the underdogs), the favorites dominated with a vengeance on Friday, winning 82% of the games (28-6, plus five rainouts/suspended games) in action involving top-50 teams from the CB360�Composite National Rankings. The most-noteworthy upset was Loyola Marymount‘s convincing 13-1 win at #20 San Diego (tightening the WCC race, due to 2nd-place Pepperdine’s 2-0 series start vs. BYU) while the day’s six head-to-head matchups between CB360- top-50 teams produced no upsets.
