No, we should not overlook the beauty and gravity and importance of the games that will be played in the meantime--games such as Michigan State-Wisconsin, which is on tap this weekend, for instance--but the reality is, most all of us here in College Football Nation are basically biding our time until the Crimson Tide welcomes the Bayou Tigers to Tuscaloosa, for the most hotly anticipated regular season college football game since the 2006 Ohio State-Michigan game.
