The SEC zealots just love to tell us how much more they "care" than the rest of us.
To hear the SEC nation tell it, their fans are more passionate. Their coaches are more committed. And, yes, their rivalries are more heated. Oklahoma-Texas? Ohio State-Michigan? They ain't nothing compared to Auburn-Alabama.

What were college football Saturdays like before Twitter? It's almost hard to remember.
Twitter has utterly and completely transformed the way the world interacts. News is broken on Twitter. Revolutions are launched on Twitter. And, yeah, that's all fine and good. But for college football fans, the most important thing is this: Twitter has made watching college football (and following college football) a whole lot more fun. And interactive. And democratic.
